Description
This pattern’s a great stashbuster and you could even use up any wool left over from your Bourne Jumper – they complement each other beautifully.
The handwarmers are knitted in the round, every round k, each round starts at the inner thumb side. You can use either MC or CC yarn for the cast-on and cast-off edges, depending on which yarn you have the most of. The amount of yarn used is actually slightly less than that stated above, but is a useful guide if you’re coming at it with new yarn. If you’re concerned that you have slightly less yarn left over than the amounts stated above, you can always work fewer rnds at the top and bottom striped borders. If you want to increase any of the sizes slightly, use 4mm needles and follow the method as usual.
You can also buy an A5 printed booklet version of this pattern here.
